We will Endure!

Today I felt like giving up!

I really truly didn't feel like I had anything left to give.

Giving my whole life is all that I know...

How can I take care of Everything!  I just felt so.... unfeeling.  If that is possible, Unfeeling is the way that I felt.

But.... Here I am,  Home from work, away from all the stress of live..

I have a refuge, I realized today that I do have a refuge!  I can walk into the front door of my Home, and the unfeeling person I was earlier,  now has feelings, I can breath again.

Well now that I am feeling again I was uploading pictures off  of my phone, of the events of the last couple of weeks!

And when I realize ALL of the GIVING that people have done for me, I realize that ..... Well...  I think I really truly take more than I give, and I think the word for that is, Selfishness,  I was so preoccupied will all of the things going on I didn't take a look back at ALL that people GIVE to me!  I was like a black Hole,  taking everything from people, and not giving anything Back really!  There are so many around me, who need help, who need comfort, and I am too busy pitying myself for what I give, that I don't even take the time to help others in need.  When others truly are taking time to give to me!

I am truly grateful for those wonderful people in my life, who teach me life lessons,  and Today I learned a Lesson!  Being Selfish is So not good for the soul!

Being a mom is hard work!  But I know without a doubt that my heavenly father has given me my children because they need me, and I need them!  I desire nothing more than to teach, nurture, love, and strengthen the testimony of my children, so that we can All make it back to our Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ!  I want to Endure to the end, and that is what this earthly life is about.

I know that as long as we obey the lords commandments, and have faith,  That we will!

Heart full of Thankfulness

Today is Titan's birthday!  He turned 4 years old.  So since we as parents are very impatient...  (Braden)  we decided to let him open his presents on Tuesday night :)  He got a warthog and Halo Guys... from the video game,  and a new Nerf gun with some Bullets... Which he loves to shoot because its AUTOMATIC... which means he doesn't have to do any pumping!  

Last Saturday we went to a couple of football games!  This is my nephew stone with his team the "Vikings"

For Titans birthday we went to Rexburg, and ate some food, with a few cousins, and played at the park!

Titan's Cousin Cole, has a hat just like this so he BEGGED his dad to get it for him at sportsmans.

They really are the best of friends (most of the time)

He got this IRONMAN costume for his birthday! and he loves it.

Over all it really was a great past week, and I am yet again very thankful for my family, and so appreciate everything that I have been given in life!  I can't say it has been easy, but it has all definitely been worth it!

1st day of Preschool..... Say WHAT????

So I have been a "little" :)  Behind on blogging.... when I first started in July I had decided I would try to keep up just by doing a post each week!  That way it wouldn't interfere with my time!  I didn't want to do one more thing that I felt I needed to keep up on.  But today as I was "catching up" on our important happenings the last couple of months I realized, just how blessed I am!  Our Family has grown so much in the last 4 years since Titan was born!  I am so thankful for eternal families and the knowledge that I have!  I can't wait for the what the future brings.

OH TITAN.... It was his first day of preschool on the 7th, and it was soooo hard for me!

Titan has 2 cousins that are in the SAME class as him,  and I was VERY fearful for his teacher, having these three little boys together.  But she did separate them!  And it has actually been very GREAT for Titan because he has opened up a bit more than normal, because he's usually pretty shy :).

On There first day of School they learned about Our Solar System!  He got to take a flashlight!  and He couldn't stop talking about all the planets!!  

The next week he was learning about the letter "A" and learning to CUT with scissors!  

He has truly Loved getting up each morning, getting himself dressed in his "school clothes"!  He has grown up!  and It just means that I am getting older :(  

Family Reunion..

Every year on Labor Day weekend, the Briggs Family has our reunion.  My mother-in-law has a theme that she throws together, (usually ALL OUT)  and we all have A LOT of fun together.
In the past years we've done themes like....  Hawaiian Lou a,  Pioneer with handcarts, Marti-gra, * Fear factor,
We this year it was Cave Man / Dinosaur.

We did many things.. the kids painted dinosaurs, we had a feast on sunday night, of Turkey Legs, and finger foods,  We did a "Bone Dig" where the kids dug up bones that she had previously buried!  The kids also got to find Dinosaur eggs...  plus the weekend was full of just family fun!  Playing cards games, great conversation around the camp fire, and of course a weekend full of great food!

Braden did not want to get all dressed up!!!!!  But he was an "OK" sport about it.

So Last night we watched the Brett Michael's Band at the Civic in Idaho Falls, ...... Seriously it was awesome!  I fell in love with Mr. Michaels, after watching him week after week on the Celebrity Apprentice!  He is kind of a womanizer apparently but, I love his spunky & fresh style of life, and he is a darn good entertainer with an Awesome voice!!

I only wish I would have taken my good camera... instead of using my ipone :(  This is me and the Drummer!! He was soooo entertaining!!

Me* & Brenna*  my sister-in-law! Her husband Jim is an EMT, so they go to all the local events!  It was a pleasant surprise to see her there.  

I had to get a shot of one of these gals!!  I just walked up to her and asked to take her picture, and she said " Oh yeah go a head!"  then she posed for me...  (what a crazy chick).

The LONG line to get in!!  Luckily we had Anthany... a good friend, on the inside saving us seats!!!

I had to put up a picture of my baby boy!! Cause I was really really not wanting to leave him even for just a few hours!!  But Bryken stayed with my sister-in-law Tammy, and he was super good!  He had never had formula before so I was a really nervous, but he did great and I was only gone for 5 hours!  And after it was all said and done I was seriously glad that Braden "MADE" me go :)

So... this is in March Snow covering the ground, and of course, braden is taking the kids camping :)

I was pretty exhausted from what??  I just can't seem to remember, I think Braden had been sick

for quite awhile, I was just a little over whelmed and He sent me these beautiful flowers at work!

About 7 months pregnant.

In April braden & I got away on a little trip to SLC, to get my in-laws an antique door, 

for there living room remodel they were doing...  It was a great time!  we went to the Mayan (Soo fun to watch the divers), we took a tour of the conference center, (which braden had never done before)!  and we happened to be there when some of the military choir was singing in the tabernacle one night!  It was beautiful to listen to them sing patriotic songs!  We also did some shopping of course, and just got to spend some quality minutes together which these days seem to be few and far between!

I love waking up to this happy girl :)

My nephew Chance!  The kids love him and he is the greatest young man ever!  He's very helpful, and so giving of his time!  He will make an amazing father, and a great missionary :)

More camping... this was in April, so it was a little bit warmer but still very Cold temps over here in Idaho!!  She loved every minute of it!

I wish I had more pictures of our trip to watch Michael Buble in concert!! best concert I've been to in all my life!  He is amazing!  Braden had gotten me tickets for Christmas, and his mother and father went also!!  We ate at Tepanyaki before we went and I love that food!  

Of course I couldn't leave out something that apple accomplished this year :) HAHA

And then in April  our Girl's Weekend with Mom, Jenn, Shawnie, Me & Angie... No kids and great company!  we went to Twin Falls ( a half way point between all of us girls),  we went shopping, ate great food, went and saw the Falls, which were beautiful!

Life with a new baby in the house has its luxuries!! not waking up super early so mom can go to work... well at least for the first couple of weeks :)
